Matthew Tucker
Matt Tucker has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and helping businesses, non-profits, and individuals with their real estate needs. Often this is working with each entity to maximize the efficiency and value of their assets.
Tucker’s career began with the Jackson Cross company, now CB Richard Ellis, There he assisted companies in the acquisition, renewal, and subleasing of premium office space and multi-family properties in Philadelphia. Tucker then launched his own company which raised private equity to purchase, renovate, and successfully sold properties in and around Philadelphia and the suburbs.
Additionally, Tucker has his Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance license as well as a Pennsylvania Real Estate licensee. He and his team are consistently recognized as top-producing real estate agents nationally.
Tucker has a journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a graduate certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics.
Drew Palmer
Drew Palmer is an entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in real estate as developer, investor and lender. Palmer has successfully completed numerous value-add multi-family real estate transactions in Philadelphia.
Palmer is also the owner of Annex Investments which provides short term financing for developers. Additionally, Palmer is part owner in a local property management company which oversees over 200 units of his and partners’ apartment holdings.
Earlier in his career, Palmer was President of a 20-person hospitality services company, and had analyst and business development roles at Microsoft. Palmer began his career at Bank of America Capital Investors, a $2B private equity group where he was a financial analyst personally involved with 10 investments totaling over $100MM and including a variety of industries.
Palmer graduated from Duke University cum laude with a degree in business.
