Drew Palmer
Drew Palmer a Principal in Laird Capital, specializes in finance, investor and lender management, underwriting and overall leadership. With nearly 20 years in real estate, Drew is a seasoned developer, investor, and lender, leading numerous multifamily projects across the Philadelphia region.

In addition to development, he co-founded our property management company, Pennbrook Management, with offices in PA and NJ which includes third party management of apartment complexes. Previously, Drew was President of a hospitality services company and held business development and analyst roles at Microsoft and Bank of America Capital Investors. At Bank of America, he was involved in equity investments totaling over $100 million.

Julia Limongello
Julia Limongello a Principal in Laird Capital, specializes in development and construction management and design. With nearly 20 years in real estate development and design, she has led residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects.
​
As Director at The Durst Organization, Julia managed ground-up development projects from acquisition and entitlement through design, construction administration, and operational turnover. Julia began her development career at Durst on One World Trade Center, assisting in the construction of the $3.8 billion development. Most recently, she managed Durst’s Philadelphia portfolio, formulating feasibility studies and master plans for several sites along the Delaware River. During her tenure at Durst, she led the design and construction of over $2.5 billion in developments, including more than 2,500 residential units and over 300,000 square feet of commercial space.

Julia is a native Philadelphian and former architect with Blackney Hayes Architects. She holds a BA and Master’s in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Matthew Tucker
Matt Tucker is a Principal in Laird Capital, focusing on strategy, business development, and design. With over 25 years in real estate, Matt specializes in maximizing the value and efficiency of assets for businesses, nonprofits, and individuals.

He began his career at Jackson Cross Company (now CB Richard Ellis) in Philadelphia, later founding his own firm to raise private equity for property acquisition, renovation, and sales. Matt holds Pennsylvania licenses in Real Estate and Property & Casualty Insurance.
​
He earned a journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a graduate certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University. A dedicated volunteer, Matt supports animal charities, the Boy Scouts, and University of Wisconsin Rowing.
